Remember 10% of men are red/green color blind to some degree.ģ. These should be more readily distinguished by shape as well as color. encounter powers are hard to distinguish if you are color blind, especially on the smaller screen of an iPad mini.
It needs to be lighter so the text has more contrast and stands out better.Ģ. the parchment background is too prominent and makes the sheet less readable. There are a number of minor user interface annoyances, but none which make the app a problem:ġ. The big lack in this program is there's no tracking damage, conditions, and used powers in play, the app is strictly a read-only sheet viewer, so you still have to keep notes. A little convoluted but that's how its going to work with the character builder. Then you need to open the file using this app and it will appear in the menu. Transferring characters into the application requires opening the file from another application you have to export the character and then email it to yourself, put it in Evernote or a file sharing app or something like that. Most of the information needed for play is available directly in the application, and there are links to Compendium pages throughout. This is a really nice app that makes the most of the information in a character exported from the Wizards character builder.
